CHECKLIST FOR DEPARTURE
STEP ONE | Protect your Log-ins
Be sure you have logged out of subscription services on the TVs. Please place the remote under the living room TV and on the nightstand in the bedroom.
STEP TWO | Leave the Kitchen in Good Health
Please do any dirty dishes or load and start the dishwasher to clean. Soap is under the sink. Toss any leftover perishable food & remove excess trash.
STEP THREE | Scan the Home
Check for your possessions through the home. Don't forget any charging cords and shower items. (The things that always get missed!)
STEP FOUR | Return All Entry Devices
Please put any keys or entry fobs back on the hooks by the door. Lost or unreturned fobs or garage remotes incur a $25 replacement charge. The garage remote - if provided - should be left on the kitchen table.
STEP FIVE | Drop Your Towels
Please place all used towels on the bathroom floor.
STEP SIX | Close the Windows
The weather here can change quickly and rain is only delightful to dance in when it remains outside. Please protect our floors and sills.
STEP SEVEN | Lock the Door
Be sure you have everything when exiting and lock the door behind you. Entry will be turned off upon leaving at the check-out time.
Check out time is 11:00 AM. Our cleaning crew will be waiting to prepare this home for the next guests. Unapproved late check out may result in fees charged for difficulties arising from a cleaning delay.
