The remote should get you where you want to go. The TV offers several services where you can log in with your account to watch TV or stream movies. Please be sure to log out of your accounts when you check out.

The knob on the baseboard radiator in the kitchen will increase or lower your heat during the winter months. (Contact us for hours of operation.) There are also two space heaters available above the washing machine. For summer months, the living room air conditioner will keep you cool if needed. Please keep the top vent open.

The washer/dryer machine in the hall closet is available for your use. It both washes and dries, but a single load can take 3-4 hours. A booklet describing use and load size guidelines is on the machine. (Please do NOT use wash pods in this machine; the liquid soap is for your use.) If you need larger or faster loads, there's a full laundry on the 2nd floor (down the main elevator, then right on the 2nd floor, to the end of the hall). Don't forget the fob on the hook in this unit to access this amenity, returning both detergent and fob here for future guests' use. 

You can download the free "CSC Go" app to easily pay for your loads. ($2.00 wash / $2.00 dry) 

Both a trash and recycling bin (in the cupboard next to the trash can) are in the kitchen. If your stay is longer (or food gets stinky), there are dumpsters behind the residence, off the 4th floor north elevator (second bank of elevators, near the end of this 13th floor hallway). Upon exiting on the 4th floor, go outside through the door to the right. Make sure to take the fob on the hook in this unit to get back in the building, returning it to the hook here when done. New trash bags are under the sink.
